"Visibly this is a lovely looking granola, generous with ingredients and a well balanced mix. The toasted nuts start the flavour layering, this is followed by cacao, the coconut coming up from behind with a hint of vanilla. Not overly sweet. Lovely crunch in the mouth. This has been cooked and mixed with care and attention using good quality ingredients.

The granola has a very appealing crispness which stays, whilst softened with milk releases a great depth of rich cacao notes. The subtle is vanilla adds a light sweetness."
