Our small and delicious red strawberry powder is one of the most appreciated fruits in the world. It belongs to the Fragaria genus and owes its firmness and sweetness to the mild European climate.
It is a fruit that has few calories in its composition, being very rich in phenolic compounds and known for its antioxidant action. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and also provide a good dose of fiber, folic acid and potassium.

Organic freeze-dried strawberry powder* (Fragaria x ananassa L.)
» For 100g of freeze-dried powder, was uded 1100 g of fresh organic strawberries.
* From Organic Farming - certified by Certiplanet. Grown without genetic modification, ionisation nor ultraviolet irradiation techniques.
Packaged in a soy, wheat and peanut free environment. May contain traces of nuts. Product is strongly hygroscopic. Store in a tightly closed container. Protect from light.

HOW TO SERVE //
How to serve (recommended dose 1 tsp / 5 g):
» You can mix strawberries with a multitude of foods, whether
in sweet or savory recipes. Try nurturing and coloring your
desserts, ice cream, milkshakes, flavored water, biscuits,
bars, porridge, pancakes, etc.» For the best conservation of the strawberry and its nutrients, it should be kept in an airtight container, in a dry, cool place and away from light.
» Strawberry is 100% natural and has no added emulsifying and/or stabilizing agent, therefore, it may form lumps. In this case, to use it, just add water, let it hydrate, mix well and it will be ready for your recipes :)
