RECIPE // Blueberry oatmeal

As oatmeal fans all year round, we have several recipes, always using the same base (oats + vegetable drink + seeds) and then varying the fruit. For the extra crunch, we always choose one of our organic, gluten-free and vegan granola or cerellin flavours.


Today's suggestion is blueberry oatmeal! Make some and then share with us what you think :)



(for 1 person)


2 tablespoons of oat flakes

250 ml vegetable soya drink

1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

3/4 medium-sized banana

1 handful of blueberries


toppings:

blueberries

rest of banana

MATCHA granola


Place the oat flakes, vegetable drink, chia seeds, crushed banana and blueberries in a pan. Switch on the heat and stir until it thickens. When the mixture is as thick as you like, place it in a food processor and blend.


Pour into a bowl and add the toppings. Enjoy!
